Ex- Physician Faces Assault Charges Involving 38 Individuals in His Care
Legal authorities have announced that a former physician now faces charges for performing sexual assaults against 38 individuals who were under his care.
The Grave Charges

A deputy chief prosecutor said, “Legal teams have worked at length to support a thorough and intricate police inquiry, carefully reviewing the available evidence to determine that there is a strong case to bring the case to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.”

These allegations follow what police described as a “detailed inquiry” into reported assaults at two hospitals: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and Russells Hall hospital.
Spencer will appear at the local magistrates' court on 20 January.
