New South Wales Law Enforcement Charge 4 Individuals Regarding Alleged International Ritualistic Child Exploitation Content Network
NSW police stated they've uncovered an international ritualistic child exploitation content network and arrested four Australian men for their suspected involvement.
Probe Particulars
Detectives from the special victims unit stated that as part of Strike Force Constantine, an inquiry into the online distribution of child exploitation content involving ritualistic elements, they disrupted a Sydney-located network.
Law enforcement claimed the network was actively engaged in holding, distributing and enabling this material through a online platform that was "administered internationally".
Police Operations
Detectives, accompanied by the tactical unit, carried out six property searches in Waterloo, Ultimo district and Malabar region on Thursday early hours last week.
- At the Waterloo address, authorities arrested a 26-year-old male who they claimed played a "leading role" in the group.
- The man was charged with numerous offences including holding child exploitation content, making available child abuse material, and disseminating and possessing bestiality material.
- He was refused bail to face court proceedings the previous Friday.
Further Detentions
In an apartment complex in Malabar, investigators arrested three males aged forty-six, 42 and 39.
Additionally they were accused with possession of child abuse material and additional offenses.
The four individuals are due to return to the judicial system at a future time.
